Quiet yet convenient for Cirencester

Pros: Spacious room and wet room. Comfortable beds. Quiet position.
Location: We stayed particularly because of the proximity to Cirencester but it was also convenient for visits to Tetbury, Highgrove and Westonbirt.
Helpful and pleasant staff made our stay of one night very enjoyable. As we were going to a concert in Cirencester we had to have a quick meal at 6 pm so chose a starter and dessert from their menu which was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding - all staff very helpful with things like local taxis, etc. Very nice breakfast and evening meal as well

Good old fashioned service

Warm welcome and everything you could ask for. Staff very helpful and friendly ... our room (22) was lovely and spacious and car parking is fine. Would recommend and return

Lovely country house hotel

An old country house in a village location but on a fairly busy road. Our room #4 overlooked the garden and we didn't hear any traffic noise. There is a great restaurant 50 yards away called The Potting Shed. Breakfast was excellent with waitress service, an unusual plus these days, so everything freshly cooked. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The weather was very warm and the bedrooms are not air conditioned but a fan was provided which meant a pleasant nights sleep. In short a great base from which to explore
