Great grand building, but the room was poor. It smelled really old and everything looked worn and outdated. Had a terrible nights sleep listening to a croaky loud old man talking in the room next door. The over the bath shower was fixed to the wall.. i hate that. The worst thing was the kettle which had bits of food floating about in the water.. disgusting! Just shows how bad the standards are. Staff were also very formal and unfriendly. Overall i'd never stay here again, sorry.

Disappointed that the hotel still looks and feels tired and dated. In room supplies were frugal.

No good exp

Pros: location
Location: good location near to public transport.
Fire Alarm went on back to back two nights. Had to call reception so many times for housekeeping but didn't find any luck and secondly when found the housekeeping staff next door we requested her to clean our room as well but she refused and said no English, had to reach the supervisor to explain her for cleaning and when she explained her she agreed to clean but when she was done next door cleaning she left went to other wing had to chase the reception for housekeeping again. I Tried to call reception to update about late check-in no one answered the call, unfortunately, I had no luck to get hold off anyone.
