Good location, excellent breakfast, comfortable bedroom. Only real negative is that they wanted to charge us £10 per hour when we asked if we could have a slightly late checkout. Thought this was a bit petty

Liked everything from the welcome at the reception desk to the room, the bar and the restaurant. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice! I can also reccomend the great coffee! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy too. The room was lovely with a safe and a small fridge, coffee maker, very nice toiletries in the bathroom, hairdrier and fluffy white towels. I only have one negative thing to say and that is not the fault of the hotel at all. I was in room 718, on the corner of the hotel overlooking the tram tracks. The noise from the trams running through the early hours was noticeable. I have stayed here before in other rooms and never noticed the noise. I'll just have to remember to ask for a quiet room/area next time I stay because I will stay here again no doubt!

Nice hotel close to all you need

The hotel was very clean but the room was a little cramped as the twin beds were very close together. Apart from the space issue i have no complaints the hotel was reasonably priced and room service was quick and also reasonably priced.

Hotel close to Piccadilly station Manchester

Clean rooms with good facilities. However very noisy. I’ve had a better nights sleep at hotels on Heathrow airports runway.
