Staff were terrible. Looked down to me and my friend eventhough they have no clue who we are. I stay in hotels frequently with my work and i will never recommend your hotel. The guy on the desk not helping at all. Anything i asked i got shot down or dismissed. You need new front of house staff at reception.

The property has just recently been renovated, the property itself is impressive, the location is ideal and the staff are polite. Where the hotel fails is there is no air-conditioning in ANY of the rooms. Therefore if I felt hot I had to open my windows but not all rooms have windows that could open, being a light sleeper I couldn't keep it open or I would be awake all night. The ensuite bathroom is small by standards, trying to exit the shower, there isn't much space. The breakfast is £15, which is expensive by any standards but it's not worth it. The hotel has the propsects of being a great one but the air-conditioning should be installed in all rooms ASAP as summer approaches.
