Not a great experience.

On arrival at 2.15am, the receptionist told me and my partner there was no availability for rooms even though we had booked a room. The manager was helpful and found us a room. Our room was basic, we also had a disabled shower what is not what we expected at all for the price we paid. On our last evening there we walked around the hotel and noticed a gym and a swimming pool, which we then asked how much it is to use and what we got told it was free, we was very disappointed as we had no time to use these facilities because we was not aware they was available to us, or even in the hotel. On our last morning our fire alarm went off in our room, staff knocked the door, my partner shouted “coming” before he even got to the door they had let them selves in, I was not dressed in a comfortable way I would of liked staff to see. We then got told we had to check out at 11am when it was already 10.43am, on my email the hotel sent it said 12 noon check out. So it was then a rush to get all our belongings together. I would not go and stay at this hotel again.

Very Clean Hotel

Pros: So Clean
Cons: New Bathrooms, Sofas in the Bar and armchairs
This Hotel needs a bit of updating, some nice sofas in the bar would be good and new bathrooms.The service from the staff was fantastic and the bar staff were so friendly.The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean.I would stay again. It is in a great location for Middlebrook.

Good value

Did ask for a double bed but got two singles, but was Ok for an overnight stay, Bar expensive.
