Loved the shower and the fact the beds are so comfortable! Staff are friendly and fantastic! The bar has an excellent vibe and plays music which is fantastic!

Clean staff were amazing the lady was very quick and attentive although water pressure in the sink was really low and not warm although the shower worked fine

Great location for canal street and the bar downstairs had a great variety of drinks and music. Can’t complain about noise levels as you heard nothing upstairs like the music or chatter. Must say that for the price it was very small and compact the room we had, no privacy from the bathroom as the doors didn’t shut entirely and it was right next to the bed. Understandably the prices were hiked up due to spice girls concert happening over the weekend but the room wasn’t worth the money paid. Everything else was great and I would stay again but not in that room especially if there’s two staying!

We had some issues with the room, and although I would make an effort to understand this kind of things could happen (although it should not in a hotel). It took 2 calls, 30min maybe longer if I have not been looking at the door for the staff to actually intervene. No need to say that at 4am I had better things to do than harassing people to do their job.

Good location friendly staff

Checked in and hotel was having works done installing new heating etc but this was no issue for us as we were out all day. However on coming back to change in the evening the room was cold so tried to turn up thermostat on radiator and then went back out. Cane back to a cold room and cold radiator so slept in a cold room which wasn't very pleasant. Very basic but for what we paid... gentleman who checked us in very pleasant.
