Second time to stay in this hotel. Same room too. Staff, service, food all second to none - excellent. Cant say enough good things about the staff. Such a pity this hotel in closing in November for rebuilding. Would gladly stay at this hotel everytime.

Lovely rooms. Staff friendly and professional

Pros: Spacious rooms. Good standard of decoration. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Efficient heating. Everything thing else was excellent. Would stay again but probably not in winter
Location: Was staying overnight to attend a conference in the hotel the next day so location was excellent as manageable walk from Piccadilly station.
Would have been superb if heating had been efficient in room and we hadn't spent the next day freezing in the conference room.

Beautiful hotel on Deansgate

Room was stunning. No noise heard during the night. Right on Deansgate close to bars and shops. Reasonable price! Shame we have to pay to park car, despite being a guest. This should be complimentary as a paying guest? No other negative about this stay though.

More than happy with my choice of hotel

Pros: Warm welcome, location, price and simplicity
Cons: Despite the room being warm the secondary double glazing may need some attention in the future.
Location: Close to everything, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Great location.
Was looking for a central no thrills hotel in Manchester for a Friday night stopover. The hotel was easy walking distance from Piccadilly Station and we were pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome we received on our arrival. The reception team were very helpfully, asked about our plans during out stay and commented on our planned arrangements and suggested a few nearby additions we should consider. Our room was on the 12 floor ( I always like a high floor) and it was spacious, warm and clean. Great water pressure and amenities and the bed was comfortable and the robes fluffy. After enjoying an uninterrupted nights sleep we checked out simply the next morning without fuss.
