We often stay in Manchester visiting family and have not stayed in the same hotel twice as there was always something missing or not right with our first visit but we are definitely coming back to Roomz as it fulfilled all our expectations. The rooms were large and airy, the showers fantastic, the fact we could have a small kitchen meant we could keep our fruit and water in the fridge(we didn’t prepare any food due to a short stay but when staying longer we would) beds were large and comfortable, and most importantly for us the shutters kept the rooms dark and there was no noise from other rooms or from the outside. It was also a nice and thoughtful to have a quick on the go breakfast which we grabbed(croissants, fruit, coffee, tea) on our way to the train station and had on the train. All in all our best experience in a 4* hotel in Manchester by far and from now on would only consider staying here.

Make sure you have a credit/debit card with you

Great hotel for the price, sadly the condescending receptionist would rather get in an argument regarding pre-authorisation on a pre-paid room and give you an option of paying again or not staying in the already paid for room. Would’ve been an ok stay had our paths not crossed.

Nice hotel friendly staff

Nice hotel, very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and in close proximity to both shopping malls and attractions such as art gallery and museums. My only complaint would be the wifi as it was very slow but that wasn't a big deal.
