Disappointed once again, due to problems on earlier visit we were offerwd complimentary lunch. William and kayleigh were excellent. Even though the spa hadn't booked us in, once again, kayleigh sat us down immediately. She also remembered us from our previous experience. Can not complain about staff customer services. What was letting it down was the rooms. Initial had all the amenities and gestures provided by the hotel as we were staying over for our honeymoon. However the room was rewoly cold.. We had a little radiator style heater which was of no use to us. We then got moved to a bigger and better room. However half the amenities were missing and also the tv only had 4 channels which wefe in European language. We gor advised that this would be fixed the day over

Great location in the city centre, big grand hotel which I have stayed in before so I knew it was a great place to return to. Room was very nice but needed a little bit of TLC in certain areas. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Lots of road work noise from outside the hotel very early in the morning and renovation work from within the hotel meant that we didn't get a great night's sleep. Obviously most of this can't be helped so I would still recommend and return.

Ein ausserordentlich schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal, einer wunderbaren Bar, einem grossartigen Tearoom und einem bemerkenswerten Restaurant. Perfekte Lage im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind gross und hoch.
