The hotel is very new (opening dec 2019) so with it only being a couple of months old, everything is very clean, shiny and new. Everything works as its supposed to. Its an easy uber or 10 min tram journey into the city centre. The staff were all lovely and couldnt do enough to advise or help us, wether he had qestions about the hotel or the local area and things to do. The one downside we found (2 seperate but identical rooms) was thw thermostats had no instructions and appeared to have a mind of there own. One room really cold, the other really hot yet both set to the same temp. It was easy enough to figure out what temp suited each room best. (24 for my room, 28 for my friends, gave us pretty the same temp overall).

My first stay here was excellent but my second was met by a very rude and nonchalant receptionist, who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Insisted I paid for car parking when I have a blue badge and it’s meant to be free. Then she went on to use expletives as she said the computer system was ....,,. Then asked for a charity donation with no proper explanation as to what it was for and all about. Lovely new hotel beautiful rooms but let down by this member of staff
