In regard to your comments on the AC, we regret that this was your impression and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Your observations are important to us and we take your feedback to heart. May I politely inform you that we are now in the process of upgrading our AC units which is still part of our on-going hotel improvement.
