Five star service! Made our holiday extra special!

Breakfast was delicious all native cuisine. It would be nice though if continental choice is also available. Also fresh juices should be available. But customer services was excellent. Value for money. I will visit again. Thanks.

die zimmer entsprachen nicht der buchung. trotz mehrfachen anrufen wurden wir ausgebucht und bekamen ein total miserables zimmer. und aauch nicht behindertengerecht. erst nach mehren tagen wurden die zimmer umgetauscht.

Schlechter Service

Gebucht wurde ein Zweibettzimmer, Nichtraucher. Erhalten habe wir ein Raum in welchem es 4 Aschenbecher hatte. Zudem roch es im Raum wenn die Aircondition abgestellt war nach Raum und anderen Geruechen. Auch die Bettwaesche roch nach Rauch. Die Moebel waren abgewetzt. Der Raum machte einen trostlosen Eindruck. Die clownesquen Sicherheitskontrollen am Eingang sowie der Lobbyumbau taten das ihre fuer den unprofessionellen Eindruck dieses Hotels. Das Auschecken dauerte 20 Minuten (Kontrolle ob nichts in der Minibar fehlte). Fazit: Ich
