We needed a low cost room for an overnight stay for us and our 2 daughters. This fitted the bill nicely. We were greeted on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owners. The room was small but well laid out. There was a sink in the room but the bathroom/toilet was across the hall and I wasn't completely sure if it was just for our use and a bit of a pain when the children needed the bathroom in the night. There is another family room which is bigger with an ensuite that we will probably book next time. The cooked breakfast was a lovely surprise as I expected a continental style breakfast. We were able to park opposite the property. We didn't walk to Dreamland because of the logistics of the day but it would not take long to walk there or to/from the seafront & station. I think the house is a 'work in progress' but overall, very happy with our stay.
