Room was very clean and comfy. Comfy beds. Upstairs flooring was somewhat on the lean which made getting through the door which opened into the stairs difficult.

Good location in middle of high street

Pros: Friendly staff, nice welcome.
Cons: General re-furb.
Location: Good location in middle of Marlborough high street. Nice character, local shops and restaurants good quality, lovely place to visit.
Hotel seen better days, tired furnishings, could do with updating. In a great location, staff really friendly, free parking a bonus. Breakfast average, long wait.

Wonderful location

Good hotel excellent staff, let down by smell of drains in our original room and around reception. Staff very helpful and chaged room without a problem.
