Dear Guest, We thank you very much for choosing to have your holiday at our beautiful Cook's Club Adakoy resort hotel. We also thank you for taking your valuable time to share your experience and comments with us. As you have stated, our dedicated staff have done all they could to assist you to have a pleasant holiday. Our unusual and new food concept of fresh food preparation and cooking receives very high appraisals from our guests simply because we do not have open buffet style old fashion food serving at where there is no freshness yet original features of the recipes. Please note that according to customary practises in tourism as well as international environmental code of conduct for hotel services; routine replacement of towels, linens etc. at resort hotels are generally done in every 2 days unless a special request is made. Our hotel complies with these general rules too. Checking-out guests from our hotel must leave their rooms midday (12:00 hours) as per hotel practices simply because housekeeping staff must clean, disinfect and prepare the rooms for the next guests. If late check-out is required, it is sometimes possible at an extra charge since house-keeping and other related staff must work overtime to prepare those rooms for the next guests. We thank you for your appreciation of our hotel's stunning location as well as appraisal of our staff. As you have mentioned, the websites and social media accounts do state that various activities are available, however due to the social distancing and other Covid-19 restrictions set forth by law, certain restrictions are in force (again, as stated online). We are really sorry about the few issues which did not please you, but we hope that the above clarifications explain the realities and reasons behind them.
