Wir waren von 14.Oktober bis 19. Oktober im D-Resort Grand Azur und ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie so ein schlechtes 5 Sterne Hotel gesehen. Die Gastronomie war die unterste Qualitätät die ich in meinem Leben gesehen und gegesen habe. z.B. konnte ich und mein Freund nicht einmal das Brot essen, weil er so vertrocknet war und einen komischen Geschmack hatte. Die Konfitüre war wie einen Kaugummi in der Verpackung am kleben und das Fleisch war wie ein gebratener Gummi. Wir haben 1 x am Morgen und 1 x am Abend im Grand Azur und danach nie mehr und mussten immer Auswärts essen gehen, damit wir satt werden. In den ersten 2 Tagen habe ich im Hotel nichts gesagt, weil ich meinen Urlaub nicht versauen wollte doch als ich am 3 Tag ein Bad im Jacuzzi nehmen wollte, funktionierte es nicht und ab diesem Moment wendete ich mich sofort an die Direktion vom Hotel. Als ich Ihr mein Problem erzählte lachte sie mich fast nur aus und versuchte nicht einmal mich zu verstehen. Das einzige was sie sagte ich dass Sie mich nicht versteht und dass ich die einzige wäre, die ein Problem hatte. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Suite gebucht und es war nicht sauber und die Reinigungskräfte klopften nicht mal richtig an der Türe und kamen am Morgen früh direkt ins Zimmer. Ich habe Ihr das alles freundlich versucht zu erklären und das dauerte mehr als 20 Minuten und das einzige was sie sagte ist ob ich den Schweizer Käse wollte oder was?? Und danach wollte sie uns vom Hotel raus schmeissen .. lächerlich
