Only a flying visit good location to centre and airport .large room with kitchen amenities but very tired .good pool and plenty of sun beds great for the price and ideal for a couple of nights passing through wouldn’t want to go a for a main holiday .air con was good as it was very hot being July .also it is cheap to stay !

Worst hotel ever

Terrible hotel, bad service, everything was broken. It should be a one star hotel, it made my holiday extremely bad.

Horrible stay

Worst time ever in this hotel. Had so much potential but nothing worked. Shower was leaking, informed staff and they didn’t do anything about it. Room cards kept deactivating, the door of the wardrobe fell off and nearly crushed me, heating wasn’t working, staff was unnecessarily rude etc. Would not recommend to anyone

Very reliable and friendly staff

Staff and management were very helpful in every aspect from exchanging money to taxis. Even when we overslept the check out time they allowed us to stay till a few hours after no extra charge. Only negative is the sofa beds aren’t really beds don’t get me wrong tho you can sleep perfectly in them

worse hotel experience ever.

Pros: location
Cons: everything needs to improved at the hotel.
had moved rooms 3 times. firstly booked an apartment with 2 rooms- they provided 2 separate rooms and the rooms had a smell to it. We then asked to change rooms, once we got into the 2 bed apartment, heating wasn't working baring in mind it was really cold during December. had an elderly member of the family with us- so heating was priority, complained about the heating and the telephones as they weren't working, they said a technician will come and sort it out and they didn't show up. requested for extra blankets and one of the house keeping ladies said she had already given them to us. thirdly got changed to another room in the end, heating was working, in the shower cubicle there was no doors it was partly glass closure and partly curtains. also the blinds weren't working in one of the bedrooms so therefore no natural light coming through and fresh air. notified receptionist and they said its supposed to be like that. we had to challenge them. lastly the lifts weren't working- the doors wouldn't even open, they would get stuck

Rude staff horrible experience

It was extremely hot. There was a problem with the AC. I had to ask about six time to fix the AC. I came back in the evening, still same problem and it will not be possible to sleep I called the receptionist again explained the situation, he asked his manager for help, I heard manager while I on phone saying let him sleep in the heat I am not changing his room I was shocked at the manager comment I couldn't do much my wife was upset as well I left next day extremely tired and exhausted from the heat Also people smoke in their rooms and smoke will get to you The hotel is over priced with a bad customer service
