The staff could not accept my booking, as ebookers provided the wrong reservation numbers. Lots of phone calls were necessary so that the staff finally accept the booking. Ebookers wasn't really professional in this issue and the hotel very stuborn

Sufficient for what we wanted

Location: Location was very central and only a 5 minute drive from the train station where you can catch the train to the airport.
We only stayed for two nights so this was fine for what we wanted. Rooms are basic and clean, shower was really good. Towels provided. There was a big buffet for breakfast and it was very delicious. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. The only negative was our driver for our tour we booked did not show up so we asked at reception to use their phone to call up to see where they were. They said we had to use the phone in our room and were reluctant to help us. They charge you to use the phone in your room. I found it a little unfair under the circumstances. It was only a couple of phone calls.
