Location was good. Friendly staff and room was brilliant, just didn't like the wet room, it took time for water to drain which meant the whole bathroom had a wet floor. Shower tray might be a better idea or maybe giving a little angle to surrounding tiles so water doesn't go out of wet room area. Otherwise it was fantastic.

we had booked Deluxe room which sits above classic & superior and below executive suites. Best feature was the view of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Apart from that room was anything but Deluxe. It was very small and i could hear everything from next door, from phone calls to alarm in the middle of the night. Definitely Not worth the money they charged us, unfortunately.

Average hotel but not a five star hotel

Pros: Close to Haram 10 mins walk
Cons: Staff needs good education and training and should learn respect their guest
Location: Good
The hotel staff was not friendly. Reception staff was quite rude and treatment was very ordinary. Room facilities were very average not more than four star hotel facilities

Nothing like a 5 star experience

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights and I will list the positives & negatives. Positives: Shuttle service taking you close to womens entrance. Cheaper than the other 5 star hotels nearby. Good room size and bed. Negatives: Nobody welcomed me at the entrance which meant I had to drag 5 luggage bags in with my pregnant wife. Nobody came up to take luggage down after 3 requests were made on the day of check out. Once again I had to bring them down myself. Breakfast is not fresh. The hashbrowns and nuggets tasted like microwaved leftovers every morning. The salads had spoons missing so people helped themselves with their hands which is a major hygience/bacteria concern. The tables were not cleaned and therefore I had to clean my own table 3 different mornings to seat myself down. The waiters were clearly involved in verbal arguments and therefore were miserable, did not smile and did not attend to service requests eg beverages. The hotel is on the other side to the womens entrance so if you want to walk it will take 10mins to walk to the entrance (this is not against the hotels service but is something to consider). I will be making a formal complaint to Pullman Hotels as this was not a clear reflection of what was expected. I paid extra for the breakfast and I feel I deserved more for my money.
