Wir haben zum ersten mal Glamping ausprobiert und waren von dem Ort begeistert. Man muss an fast nichts denken. Es hat 3 Restaurants welche man ausprobieren kann. Wir haben am Mittag dort jeweils etwas kleines gegessen. Ansonsten waren wir auswärts. Das Zelt war eine gute Erfahrung. Wir hatten allerdings wirklich nichts mitgebracht und nächstes mal würde ich Salz und Zucker oder ein Handtuch noch mit bringen. Mann kann aber auch im Shop etwas besorgen und um den Ort hat es auch grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gute Messer hatten wir dabei um welche ich auch froh war. Auch könnt man mit wenigen Kleinigkeiten noch etwas mehr Luxus hinzaubern. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen mit unserem Zelt mit Blick auf das Meer.

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider ist der Strand öffentlich und somit hat es viele zum Teil sehr laute Einheimische, welche sich ausbreiten und auch keinen Platz für zahlende Gäste lassen. Die Zelte werden solala geputz. Wenn man nicht darauf besteht, dann wird das Badezimmer nicht geputzt, sondern nur die Frotteewäsche gewechselt. Die Angestellten sind freundlich und verständnisvoll. Sie sprechen praktisch alle etwas Deutsch oder Englisch. Im Restaurant the One ist das Essen passabel, aber die Bedienung je nach Kellner sehr unfreundlich. Das Angebot im Spa ist riesig und die frei zugänglichen Lektionen durch die Woche sind super und nur zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns gefreut zu lesen, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub in unserem Glamping Resort genossen haben und dass die Anlage an sich, unser wertvolles Team, das Wellness im Freien und noch vieles mehr überzeugen konnte. An dieser Stelle möchten wir betonen, dass es in Kroatien keine privaten Strände gibt, denn alle Strände sind öffentlich und stehen somit allen Menschen zur Verfügung. Aufgrund des Corona Virus bieten wir die tägliche Reinigung nicht wie die Jahre zuvor an. Insofern Sie eine Reinigung oder frische Bettwäsche brauchen, müssen Sie sich an die Rezeption wenden. Nachdem Sie das Zelt verlassen, darf dann unser Team das Zelt betreten und sauber machen bzw. die Bettwäsche wechseln. Es tut uns leid, falls es zu einem Missverständnis gekommen ist. Wir bedauern, dass Sie eine unangenehme Erfahrung in unserem Restaurant gemacht haben und möchten Ihnen versichern, dass wir ein Gespräch mit den zuständigen Teammitgliedern führen werden, um zu vermeiden, dass es in Zukunft wieder zu Unannehmlichkeiten kommt. saubere, grosszügige Anlage. Personal immer aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Würde sofort wieder dort Ferien machen.

Expéreince de glamping décevante

Pros: Les tentes sont très confortables et modernes, elles sont assez espacées les unes des autres pour profiter de la vue et de l'environnement.
Si les tentes offrent tout le confort moderne et une expérience amusante , notamment pour des enfants, nous avons trouvé le tout hors de prix pour les services proposés (800€ trois nuits à 4). Alors que l'établissement est sensé être dans un lieu calme, la plage est en face d'une route passante et d'un petit village, Medulin, où des soirées nocturnes sont organisées presque tous les soirs. Le bruit de la musique nous a ainsi réveillé chaque nuit et jusqu'à 5 heures du matin ! La plage n'est par ailleurs pas aussi paradisiaque que ce qu'elle donne à voir sur les photos, étant au fond d'un bras de mer, l'eau n'y est pas limpide et la vue peu dégagée. Enfin, nous n'avons pas eu droit au hamac normalement installé devant chaque tente. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous ne retournerons pas dan cet établissement et ne le recommandons pas !
