Please be noted rooms allocation is not based upon number of stay, however, if we have an availability and request from customers then we always try accommodate such requests. Tezza as you mentioned you stay at Citadines for 12 nights and the room was allocated to you wasn’t up to your likings. I apologise again as we should have allocated you a room as per your choice or higher floor possible.
