Mediocre

Pros: Near a tram stop
Cons: Total upgrade of apartments,
Location: Good location for access to st kilda and Albert park, and easy public transport access.
I arrived to be told I had been 'upgraded' to an apartment down the street. I travelled alone, so why would I need a 2 bedroom with kitchen? It was appalling. Right on the road, smelt of damp, with stained, broken blinds. Looked more like a youth hostel. I tolerated it for 1 night, then asked to be moved. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful, citing, they would have to clean the apartment, and why did I not complain before! I had booked a double room, and that was what I asked for. Eventually I was facilitated, (the younger receptionist was v nice) . Th double room was ok, the remote on the TV had been sellotaped up, and the bathroom was not cleaned during my stay. The hotel has steep steps, which makes access difficult. Not a good experience.

Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in 15 Minuten bis zum Strand; Ungünstig ist, dass die Zimer meist Verbindungstüren haben, so dass die Geräusche vom Nachbarn deutlich hörbar sind. Es hängt somit vom Nachbarn ab, welche Geräuschkulisse vorhanden ist.
