Dear guest, Please be aware that although your reservation is at the Beacon hotel, we may not take action on any third party reservation without you contacting them first. Your reservation has been cancelled by the hotel without any penalties or fees. However since your reservation was prepaid through a third party agency, the hotel is not in control of your refund. We suggest you get in contact with e bookers or Expedia as they are the ones that made the charge to your credit card. If you have any further questions or concerns we are here to help,
