Hello there Kaido! Thank you for sharing your feedback! The location of Dorchester is indeed prime! We are just across the street from the beautiful beach, and a few blocks from the hottest spots on SoBe! I am sorry that you were inconvenienced by the noise. The rooms that face Collins Ave tend to be a bit more noisy. If we were aware of this while you were in house, we would have worked to move you to another room! We do hope that you will give us a second chance the next time you are in Miami!

We do everything that we can to make sure that our guests are content. The fees are clearly displayed on the site so that guests are aware of this prior to placing their reservation. I am sorry that you were not aware of the hold for incidentals.. I see that you did indeed enjoy the bed. Nothing like having a good nights sleep! :) We wish that you would give us a second chance the following time you come to Miami!

We are constantly checking against the market, and we find that our prices are average. Our pool is always clean as we have a pool attendant that is always making sure that it's in top notch condition so that our guests can enjoy a dip. Glad that you enjoyed our location, and the great service from our team! We hope that you would give us a second chance the following time that you come to Miami!
