Dear Anon, I believe it cut off your review, but I will be responding in full. We are very sorry to read about all these negative comments that you experienced during your stay. You did stay with us for 18 days and not once was I or the other staff notified of these issues, and if we had been, we would've been more than happy to resolve them. In regards to it not being dark enough inside, we do have a couple of blackout curtains upon request that we would have gladly setup for you. As for the noise, my responsibility is to communicate with guests who are being rowdy and tell them to please be quiet and respect the other guests trying to enjoy their vacation. Even at 5am, this is a call that I can make on your behalf. No call and no message was sent to me about it. In regards to the cleaning, we receive nothing but compliments on the cleanliness of the apartment and the property in general. My housekeepers carried out standard cleaning procedures throughout the entirety of your stay(including sweeping and mopping the floors), but if it was not often enough, they would have done it more often. I apologize for the inconvenience, but some of them were out of our control. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and possible solutions are being taken into action. Next time, do not hesitate to bring these issues to our attention immediately!
