Hotel staff were really lovely and couldn't do enough to help, really friendly. Although hotel is in a pub you don't hear any noise at night at all! Comfy bed and good facilities.

Busy hotel. Friendly staff Clean rooms. Tv good. Makes a change. Shower great. Nice breakfast. Lots of choices. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Conveniently situated hotel for work and leisure

Pros: Staff and it’s kocat
Cons: Some refurbishment and decoration of rooms is needed. It’s getting tired.
Location: Stayed here for business but it is well located fir easy access to the town and the country
Freindly staff who are always pleased to help. Rooms are getting a little tired - some decorating and refurbishment is needed.

Did what it said on the tin!

The first room, bed was lumpy, they were happy to change my room, second room was very comfortable. Most of the staff were very nice and happily accommodating, one particular person was not, but there was an apology so no more to be said. Open friendly, sports type pub area, but my room was away from the noise.

Great place to stay

From checkin to departure this was a very pleasant stay. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of food and very reasonably priced.

Room could do with modernising

The room was small and is in need of being redecorated. The shower had mould on the tiles and the floor was badly stained. Also the double bed was actually two put together and so kept falling into the gap between the mattresses. The furniture was also old well used and chipped. If i am staying in the area again it wont be at the best western.
