I booked to stay for two nights in UCC B&C with ebookers. Firstly, Wendy could not find my booking as they “have not registered in Ebookers” and then “Can you cancel 26- 27's booking asap if it is -to avoid the charges” and she would find us somewhere else to stay. Charges being Wendy being charged by ebookers for not providing the accommodation we paid for. Why should that be my issue? I did end up staying there but now wish I did cancel.. To name a few of my experiences: 1. Room and entire was extremely dirty and had no lock on the bedroom door to keep our valuables safe 2. The two kitchen sick water taps had a plastic bottle stuck to them to try and make a sort of mixed single flow of water. Disgusting 3. Arrived home at night to be told her ex-boyfriend had taken the key to our room and we were locked out (?).Turned out that was an issue for another person and not me.. 4. Paper thin walls meaning we could hear everything including a woman crying uncontrollably at 2:00am and being told told she no longer had a room to stay in after already checking in earlier that day 5. Locked in our room from the outside on final night! My sister woke me up in distress to her not being able to get out. Absolute disgrace. I have to believe this warrants a refund, as you have read this was an extremely unsatisfactory stay. I wish I had more words in this review to explain how terrible this was in full. I don’t believe you should still be advertising this place on your website.
