J'ai beaucoup apprécié le service au bar, Malheureusement se qui ne m'a pas du tout plus c'est que nous sommes arrivés avec mon épouse à 13h et que nous avions prévu le check in sur ebookers a 14h le comportement inapproprié de l'hôtesse d'accueil qui a refusé limite de nous parler car nous étions en AVANCE D'UNE HEURE.... C'est scandaleux, j'aimerais bien connaitre les clients qui arrivent pile à l'heure...sûrement que sa n'existe pas. Elle aurait au moins pu proposer de nous faire visiter le spa... restaurant... piscine.... bar ... De plus, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.. personne ne vous accueille à l'entrée ni aucuns employés ne se propose pour vous prendre vos bagages. J'avoue que je n'ai pas 80 ans je peux le porter moi-même, mais passant même par certains hôtels 3 étoiles le service d'accueil et beaucoup plus adaptés et on vous donne vraiment ce sentiment agréable. C'est la première fois que je passe par ebookers pour une réservation, je réfléchirais un peu plus la prochaine fois.

Dear Guest, Although we sincerely regret reading that your stay at our Barceló Milan a fell short of your expectations, we are grateful for the time you spent to share this feedback of your overall holiday experience among us as we certainly believe that there is always room for improvement and your constructive feedback is very much appreciated. With our buffet breakfast, we strive to provide guests with new experiences by introducing local, natural, organic, plant-based and seasonal products. The price can be more convenient by adding the breakfast at the moment of the reservation on our website. Maybe our Wellness Centre is small, but it's always free of charge for our guests. Optisch sehr schön, leider hat das Hotel nur 3 Lifte welche lange dauern bis diese am gewünschtem Ziel sind.. hat nur 2 TV Sender.. Die Hausgänge stinken nach Katzen WC (Das Zimmer zum Glück nicht) Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage. Schöne Aussicht. Coolen Style. Essen ist ok.

Super hotel

Super hotel, a 15 minute du centre de milan, juste dommage que la picsine était fermée le week-end ou j'ai ete ! Mais j'ai beaucoup apprécié cette hotel Dans un style un peu futur !

Super Preis/Leistung!

Es war einfach super, hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Gute Zimmer, Gratis Parkplatz, Gratis kleines Spa (Poolbecken +Sauna+Hamam) und in der Lobby gibts gratis kleine Snacks.
