À cause du personnel, notre journée a été gâché et nous avons perdu 3heures dès notre arrivée à Milano. Tout cela parce que mon mari a oublié son passeport et que le personnel n‘a pas accepté son permis de séjour en tant que preuve d‘identité. Ils nous ont envoyé à la station de police qui faisait 30 min de trajet, et la queue d‘attente a duré 2 heures. Le pire n‘était pas le fait d‘attendre, non le pire était que la police nous a dit que le permis de séjour est équivalent à une pièce d‘identité et que le personnel était fou de ne pas accepter le permis de séjour. La police a fini par appeler l‘hotel et nous a dit que nous avons choisi un très mauvais hotel. Voilà

Bonjour, on est désolés pour l'inconvenient, mais la lois venait de changer et nous ne le savions pas.Comme forme de compensation, on vous a offert le petit-déjeuner, mais malheureusement vous ne mentionnez pas ça, en préférant de laisser une mauvaise note.On vous souhaite le mieux, bien à vous.

Très bel hôtel, classe, bien situé juste à côté de la gare central, personnel aimable et efficace, chambres propres et literie confortable.

10 minutes à pied de la station de métro de Milano centrale, personnel accueillant, chambre calme et climatisée, petit-déjeuner buffet avec choix du café (expresso, etc.).

3 nuits dans cet hôtel très agréable. Bien situé à côté de la gare, du tramway et du métro. Un excellent petit resto italien au pied de l'hôtel

Kurzaufenthalt ok

Pros: Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig, Zimmer zum Hinterhof.
Cons: Die Matratze dürfte etwas weicher sein.
Freundliches Personal. Empfangsraum mit Grossbildschirm, mögliche Hektik im Früstücksraum.

Soperga Hotel Milan, immer gern

Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof Centrale gelangen wir schon zum Hotel. Nahe zur Metrostation Loreto und man ist in nur 5 Min mit der U-Bahn beim Dom. Das Zimmer ist eher klein doch ausreichend. Alles neu renoviert, das Bad ist sehr modern mit einer kleinen Dusche. Das Frühstück war ok, nicht besonders. Hatten auch einen kleinen Balkon. In der Umgebung hat es eher weniger, doch mit einem 10 min. Spaziergang in die Richtung der Station Loreto gibt es schon mehr (Bars, Cafés, Läden etc.). Würde immer wieder in das Hotel!
