Lord Nelson

I have been coming to this hotel for quite a number of years when I work with the Terminals in south Wales and up until this visit I have never had a problem. However this time the standards have dropped so badly I wan't be returning. The rooms were unclean (Dust on the shelves, toilet roll holder coming off the wall, no signal on the TV, Plug in sink not working) The check in was ok but the Check out was a joke, left waiting for over 8 mins so eventually gave up and just left my key at the desk. I tried Fish and chips in the restaurant on the first night and it was dreadful, Fish batter was not cooked, chips still raw in the middle and the mushy peas were so cold I don't think they were ever cooked. The bar used to be so busy each night but this time every night it was quiet which is a sign locals are also not happy.
