Rooms were cold. Fan in bathroom mad loud vibrating noise when bathroom light on. Food in restaurant was terrible - slow service, luke warm reheated food and stale looking meat platter. Staff wer nice and made some refund for poor food.

There is a major refurbishment in progress in the lobby of the hotel, there is no hotel lobby AT ALL! The least such major refurbishment must have been mentioned during the reservation. I am so disappointed in both the hotel and the ebookers.

Where do I start... Moody staff Dirty rooms Hairs in the bath and around the sink Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on.. solid as anything feels like your sleeping on the floor. Flies and bugs in the room No basics like fridge to keep my water cool. Worst hotel iv ever stayed in.. decor and carpets look like the original from when built.. Best part of the experience was leaving!! Ps with a sore back... bed needs to put on the rubbish pile and that all cost £62 same price other top end hotels. RIP OFF!!

Uncomfortable night

We chose this hotel due to its location near to planned activities. The staff on reception were both pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect from a Hilton hotel but unfortunately neither me, my husband or my young teenage son were able to get a comfortable night's rest. The main bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on a scaffolding plank. The sofabed mattress was so thin and noisey whenever my son moved. The pillows were so soft that when laid on your side, it felt like you was being smothered by them. A lovely hotel let down badly by lack of attention to comfort.

Shabby and dated

Dated decor, unclean bathroom. Not up to Hilton standards. Staff simply ok again not up to Hilton standards

Close to safari park

Didn't give us room we paid for very uncomfortable and small for family room was promised queen bed family room. But didn't get this they said it's yr fault and to ask you !!!! Not helpful

Weekend getaway

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The food we ordered at our room was delicious. Overall it was a pretty good stay.
