Très bien situé près des plages, belle piscine entourée de palmiers , un pool bar très sympa. Personnel avenant et efficace. parties communes spacieuses et petit déjeuner buffet parfait. Propreté et calme.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, wenn auch nichts besonderes und leider SEHR hellhörig (man hört Schnarchen, Husten, ganze Gespräche). Der Fernseher war allerdings sehr klein und die Sender haben hauptsächlich nur gerauscht, so dass man praktisch nicht fernsehen konnte. WLAN war zwar gratis vorhanden, allerdings war die Verbindung sehr schlecht, sehr langsam und sie ist dauernd abgebrochen. Das Essen war gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn auch immer darauf geachtet wurde, sowohl Fleisch, Fisch wie auch Vegetarisches anzubieten. Zudem war das Buffet IMMER kalt, wir mussten es in der Mikrowelle in der Ecke aufwärmen. Früchte- und Dessert-Reste wurden so lange wiederverwertet, wie es nur ging. Das Personal war zudem sehr zurückhalten, kaum jemand sprach Englisch geschweige denn Deutsch. Lediglich Spanisch und Französisch, und sie wirkten generell nicht gerade "herzlich". Der Pool war für den Sommer fast einen Ticken zu warm, einen Bademeister gab es übrigens nicht. Die Liegestühle waren grösstenteils sehr durchgelegen und sahen nicht gerade 'appetitlich' aus. Der Garten war immerhin relativ gepflegt. Die Entertainement-Geräte (Air-Hockey, Billiardtisch, Tisch-Fussball) wirkten sehr veraltet und funktionierten nicht richtig. Der Aufzug war des öfteren kaputt, wie auch diverse Getränkeautomaten. Die Lage war immerhin relativ gut, etwa 5 Gehminuten zum Strand und etwa 15 Gehminuten ins Dorf / zum Bahnhof.

Schöner Badestrand zu erlaufen

Hotel als 4 Sterne in keiner Weise nachvollziehbar. Am meisten waren wir enttäutscht vom Essen. Hatten Vollpension für 5 Tage gebucht.Das Buffet war total lieblos gstaltet,und die Speisen genauso.So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt!Man sagt:Das Auge ist mit Davon hat in diesem Hotel keiner etwas gehört.Zum Frühstück stand die Milch in zudrückten Tetrapacks herum! Das Gemüse zerkocht und das gebratene Fleisch nie richtig gebraten,kalt und zäh und meistens nicht essbar.Behälter mit Speisen,wenn halb leer ,wurden vor unseren Augen gleich zusammen gekippt.Viel Dosenprodukte gleich in große Schüsseln gekippt.Frisches Obst ,Pfirsische Orangen waren in Ordnung.
