Dear Adriano, thank you for your review, it's an opportunity for us to explain something also for the next guests. We are sorry that you did not see the wine glasses, water glasses, tea cups, forks and knives, they were only in the display case in the living room. If you mean no cookware, yes that's true because we only provide them to you when we rent as an apartment for a minimum of 7 nights, while you booked it as room and only for one night. Yes, there isn't elevator and it's indicated in our Expedia page, stay in historic center means also this.Thank you very much for your stay and hope to host you againGrazieLuisa e Giuseppe
