Dear Jennifer, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All be it not a positive one. I am slightly confused as to your review, as we have no recollection of someone mentioning a musty smell, and I can assure you that our rooms are cleaned to the highest standard, so I do feel that perhaps this comment is uncalled for. We are aware of the traffic noise, but again due to the location of the hotel and the age of the building there is very little we can do to combat this. Also I am slightly disappointed that unlike many other reviewers you did not seem to enjoy the food, but I am fairly confident had an issue been raised with any of the front of house team while you were dining with us, then we would have done everything to rectify it. All of the staff at Warkworth House Hotel work very hard to provide excellent customer service to all our guests which is clearly reflected in so many of the positive reviews we receive, and hope we can welcome you back to improve on this negative experience.
