Very nice hotel near the airport

We had a wonderful six nights stay in this hotel. It was our third visit there. Hotel staff are excellent and they all take very good care of you

Fantastic Hotel

The hotel is amazing, its clean, spacious and very luxurious. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of fabulous choices. The dining in options are also very impressive. The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. All in all we give this hotel a 5 out a 5, we would highly recommend it and most definitely return on our next trip to Mumbai.

Had a great time

Stayed just 2 days during the monsoon. However this did not stop any of the staff from smiling whilst getting on with their duties. The service in my experience is second only to the Taj Heritage..so you should try and visit , and enjoy the extensive buffets as well as the fantastic dining choices at this hotel.

Keep working hard

Mumbai Hotels continue to improve. The Grand Hyatt's staff training is outstanding. Without fail all the staff members always greet you with a smile, hence making this always my first choice whenever I stay in Mumbai. Of course the facilities and choice of restaurants is immense , together with top quality. Do make it a point to stay at the Grand Hyatt if you have never done so. You too will be delightfully impressed.

Stayed 2 nights ....concierge service great guest services great housekeeping ok f n b v good. Courtesy transportation great . you cant go far wrong with the Grand Hyatt Thanks especially to Kevin N Kevin at Club Lounge .........Neil

Short Business Stay

Awesome service from all staff. Mentioned issues in room which should have been identified. these were promptly rectiied to my total satisfaction. Would make this as close to my No1 choice hotel at the upper end of the scale.
