busines trip - problem with e-bookers

I booked this but the hotel did not have your booking Luckily they had rooms available I have paid twice for same room Very disappointed with e-booker and question if I will use you in the future. The hotel had never heard from your name and recommended to use other sites I want a refund of 3 nights that I booked for. martin

Never had a better hotel service

Very warm welcome, friendly staff, with an comfortable distance. Luxury, nicely designed location, next to airport. Airplanes are audible, but not disturbing. Would have loved staying more than one night.
