Another amazing stay at The Trident. This is definitely the hotel to book when visiting Mumbai. The service is impeccable and the hospitality perfection. We had an issue with our reservation (fault of mine not hotel) and Sumit Duty Manger was only happy to help. Cant thank him enough. Wonderful stay with yet again great memories. Thank you Trident

Excellent city hotel

Pros: Staff, it's a five star hotel and the staff from the exec chef to th pool guys have th same welcoming and friendly culture.
Location: Nariman point is an attraction in itself as it has sunset views. 25 minute walk to gate of India etc. city feels very safe, well lit and friendly.
Leisure break in Mumbai, great city, excellent hotel. Staff are amazing, facilities good. The pool is very good and overlooks the bay, which has sunset. Good location, walking distance from all tourist and business needs.

Family trip

Hotel was great, in a superb location and a great base to explore Mumbai. Staff were friendly and diligent. Breakfast was great. Accommodation itself was very reasonable in terms of cost, it is other aspects where they try to get more out of you e.g. charge for Wifi. Overall great experience with great service, rooms and facilities.

Einfach nur zu empfehlen!

Für unseren Mumbai-Kurztrip war das Hotel mehr als perfekt. Es ist sehr gut gelegen und wartet mit allem Komfort auf. Man kann den Stadtkern ohne Probleme zu Fuß erkunden. Besonders beliebt ist das Hotel bei Geschäftsreisenden aus aller Welt. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer nach hinten hatten (kein Seaview), hatten wir trotzdem eine mehr als spannende Aussicht. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt ein kontinentales Buffet und dazu jede Menge warmer Speisen. Das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Pool mit zusätzlichen Duschen, Sauna, Handtüchern - sozusagen ein kleiner Wellnessbereich zur freien Verfügung. Einziges Manko: Das Essen in den hauseigenen Restaurants ist relativ kostspielig.
