Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr nah vom Bahnhof, einfach wunderbar. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr geschmeckt, mit grosser Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr schön präsentiert.

Es war ein liebevoll eingetichtetes Hotel, die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gerne nehmen wir dieses Hotel bei unserem nächsten Besuch in München erneut denn es ist sehr zentral.

Wir hatten eine Suite. Als wir ankamen war das Schlafsofa für unsere Tochter nicht bereit, war kein Problem für uns, die Dame von der Rezeption kam auch gleich und wollte das Bett anziehen. Als sie dann allerdings das Sofa ausgezogen hatte und die Matratze zum Vorschein kam, traf uns der Schlag! So etwas haben wir noch nie gesehen. Die Matratze war voller Blutflecken und mit langen schwarzen Haaren übersäht. Einfach nur eklig absolut hässlich. Wir konnten zwar das Zimmer wechseln aber das ungute Gefhl blieb!!!
