Underground is right in front of hotel. Service was attentive but despite few reminder on the heater which is not working, it was not resolved.
We stayed at the triple room and it was super clean , nice and big. The staff was very friendly letting us check in at 9 am already and gave us the top level which we could have a nice view. The free breakfast has a huge range of choices . The hotel is a bit far from Center but definitely easy to get there. Would like to stay there again
Hotel was situated in great location, in close proximity to Olympiapark and BMW museum. Metro station at doorstep. Room was simple but comfortable with necessary amenities and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and vast choice. Great value. Receptionists were very nice and smiley. Especially lady from Croatia. Would highly recommend.
Pros : -larg rooms -clean -easy access to the U-bahn -good price -good breakfast -24hrs resturant Cons: -Wifi sucks -The beds are hard and uncomfortable -The pillows are flat and you have to ask for a 2nd pillow. -No amenities not even q-tips -no safe -no fridge -No room service -Limited tv channels -No smart connectivity to the tv.
