Dirty towel and uncomfortable stay

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When I went to have dinner in the restaurant, I was waiting for some time to be seated and it was difficult to get the staff's attention. My bedroom was on the third floor, which is the newish part of the hotel which takes a few minutes to get to from the lift. My room had a soiled towel with the fresh ones. The shower was leaking. Someone had left the window open, so there was a freezing draft which woke me up. Leading to an uncomfortable sleep, not ideal when you have meetings first thing in the morning. Hotel staff bearly apologised. Unfortunately I booked to stay here again in a few months, will be trying to get a refund!!
