Dogs in rooms
The hotel advises in small print that animals attract a surcharge .. the animals I found out are allowed to stay in the guests room ..( not a purpose built shelter ) The booking agency’s guests are placed on the animal floors and in our case suffered a yapping dig in an adjacent room all night even after complaining at 3 am to the duty manager the barking continued .. so the hotel collects the surcharge and the guest collects the noise .. a bit one sided I feel .. Might I suggest a policy change .. or alternatively an alternate hotel ..
