Great, modern hotel close to Oktoberfest in Munich

Pros: Modern design. Good size rooms. Great shower. Friendly staff. Perfect location.
Cons: When specifying something such as twin beds, contact the person and let them know it's not available.
Modern, clean, spacious rooms in this relatively new hotel. Great location, 15 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof and about 10 mins from the Oktoberfest site. Very friendly staff. The elevators are a little slow, but no big deal. They do not have twin rooms, so there was some confusion as I has requested this in my booking and didn't find out until I called to check. It was resolved by getting upgraded and an extra sofa bed being added, all be it costing €100.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht. Somit WC Papier usw. nicht aufgefüllt. Der Herr an an der Rezeption meinte dazu „es ist eben noch Corona-Zeit😠“

Aamiainen oli liian kallis. Aivan liian kallis. Henkilökuntakin oli samaa mieltä. Kylpyhuone tarvitsee oven. Vessaan on ovi, joka on maitolasia. Suihkuun oli kirkas lasi. Mutta koko kylpyhuone tarvitsee oven, jotta siellävoi olla rauhassa.

In der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass das Hotel Parklätze hat. Darum suchten wir auch dieses Hotel aus weil wir mit dem Auto anreisten. Man muss Glück haben wenn man einen Parklatz bekommt. Wenn mann auch noch zwischendurch das Auto für einen Ausflug benützen will, ist man dann auch nicht sicher, dass man bei Rückkehr wieder einen Parplatz hat. An der Repzesion hat man nur schnippisch gesagt, dass es noch andere Gäste haben die einen Parkplatz haben möchten.Ich soll ich an der Strasse was suchen hiess es! Die Freundlichkeit der Dame an der Repzesion lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Beim Erwerb für Tickets ist man auch nicht behilflich. Obwohl das in der Hotelbeschreibung steht. Die Repzesion wusste von nichts, dass sie diese Dienstleistung erbringen müssten!

Gute Lage da Nähe Bahnhof, als allein Reisende macht die Wahl der richtigen Abzweigung zum Hotel, einen grossen Unterschied was zum Wohlbefinden beiträgt aber diese Strassen kann man ja umgehen. Sehr unkomplizierter Checking auch bei später Ankunft, sauber, modern, freundliches Personal, gute Ausstattung, grosszügiges Zimmer, etwas laut (Strassenlärm) sowie Ringhörig. War bereits mein zweiter Besuch in diesem Hotel, bin sehr zufrieden komme gerne wieder.
