A shambles at almost every turn

Cons: Ensuring that all staff across the board uphold professionalism and are aware that the customer's experience is of PARAMOUNT importance in hospitality
When I booked via eBookers it was stated that the price of a hotel room was reduced by about eighty percent. Although being confident this was too good to be true and FALSE advertising, I booked anyway. More fool me. It was not made clear that the entire hotel was undergoing renovations, and the scaffolding outside was a real eyesore. On check-in I was managed respectfully and efficiently, however. On entering the room was uncomfortably hot and I couldn't open the window as there was a dust-covered platform immediately outside where work was taking place. There was fan in the room which had next to no power. Please remember this is August. Shortly afterwards a woman let herself into my room, checked the bathroom and the main bedroom area for something, but didn't exchange a single word with me in the process, and then left. I have no words. I asked for a room change from reception, but they stated there were no rooms available. It's hard to believe this hotel would even be half-full in this condition. The customer lift was being used by the workmen, and I witnessed a young child being carried upstairs several flights as a side-effect. There were dirty towels, and a door propped up in the hallway. I could go on, but it's not necessary. On the whole, I didn't feel comfortable at any moment, but had no option but to stay.

City break

Nice small hotel- very well located within walking distance of city centre and main train station-2 restaurants next door-rooms small but clean-staff very helpful and welcoming.

Good location& good staffs

Unfortunatelly the elevator was broken, so that customers had to walk up the stairs. The facility seems to be old. But the staffs are very kind, and the location is very convenient to the center, central station. Wlan was also no problem. Also good that the TV was Panasonic.

Excellent for exploring the city

It's an excellent location. Rooms are clean with a kitchenette. There is everything you may need. Excellent internet connection without the standard boring "hotel type - browser passworded" way. Excellent also for the self-catering purposes with a decent fridge. Very friendly staff.

An ok hotel for the price

Pros: Near railway station Tidy room Refrigerator Friendly staff
Cons: Bleakness of rooms Air conditioning
Location: Across the street, the BEST beer I've had, in bar Bufet (I think), next to Cafe Cosmos. Also, nearby California Bean serves a great breakfast.
Good thing about this apartment hotel was it's proximity to central railway station. I also liked that the room was quite big, and had a refrigerator. The room was pretty bleak, with white walls without any tapestry or paintings etc. But it was tidy. No air conditioning, so beware if you're travelling in a hot season. Bathroom was pretty ok. Nothing fancy but nothing to complain about either. Hotel's restaurant's breakfast did not impress me. It was advertised as being served till 10 AM, but when we arrived there at 9.40 AM they had already started to collect it away, so not everything was available. Still cost us 14 € per person. And the bacon was not very good, probably oven-baked in too low temperature. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel liegt nahe der Münchner Altstadt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gutes Frühstück. Leider ist es in der Nacht ziehmlich laut wegen der Strasse.

No climatisation

Pros: Breakfast is nice.
Cons: Climatisation in all rooms!
Rooms during summer time not endurable at all. Absolutely too hot, over 30°C in the room. Windows need to be opened (not very helpful), but rooms on street side are very noise due to the highly frequented Marsstreet.
