Avoid. Do not stay here.

Hotel staff are very unpleasant. We got told off for filming the main lobby when we walked in. Later on, another staff member said pictures are ok but no video. We then got told no filming whatsoever was allowed. We then we're harassed by security and constantly followed each time we returned to the hotel. I really hated this and have never been made to feel so uncomfortable at a hotel before. This ruined my entire time in Muscat, i just can't believe after travelling from so far that the staff were so rude to us. The room booking didn't include breakfast and the cost of add this on arrival was extortionate. It was around 20 OMR / roughly £40pp. Food in the hotel was extremely expensive. I think desserts in one of the restaurants was 7.5 OMR / around £15 just for some cake. I suggest going elsewhere if staying in Muscat. The location was terrible too as the hotel is located next to all the embassy buildings.

Particulièrement recommandé pour des personnes d'un certain âge qui veulent se reposer fin février ou mars. Climat délicieux, sécurité assurée puisque situé dans quartier des ambassades, promenade superbe le long de la plage, belle piscine donnant sur la plage et la mer... Cependant, il faut avoir une voiture, ou négocier les taxis qui ont des prix hauts pour les touristes, car ce quartier est décentré, donc pas bien vivant, sans restaurants ni animations, sauf pour les clients captifs. Pays calme, tranquille, bien organisé.

L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants très bons et variés, un beau fitness, une piscine (à l'ombre assez vite l'après midi), et installations près de la plage (plage non privée ). Des taxis sont devant l'hôtel 24/24. Il y a une conciergerie, un bancomat et des boutiques. Un peu excentré par contre.

Architektonisch sehr schönes Hotel, geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Generell sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Gastronomie. Das Hotel liegt auch gut (zentral). Zimmerservice hervorragend.
