Modern hotel, good value

Nice comfortable hotel for the price. It is in the middle of a building site though (as I think it's fairly new). This makes it difficult to locate - owner needs to improve visibility on Google maps. Reception staff were very helpful when giving me advice on how to get to corniche area.

A Clean no frills budget hotel

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Improved choice of breakfast items and breads. Provide hand towels and bath mats
This is a relatively new hotel located on the edge of Ghala Industrial area of Muscat, not far from the new Oman Exhibition and Conference Centre. Also about 5 km away from Muscat Hills Golf and Country Club. Similar distance to International Airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is rather basic with no cereals unless you ask and even then it is only corn flakes. Dining room is arranged more like a dorm in UK with lines of tables and chairs. Kettle and mugs provided in room but no tea bags, coffee or milk.
