Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am so glad you thought the Hotel was an oasis in the middle of Nairobi city! Thank you for mentioning our great staff throughout the Hotel. As you correctly mentioned, it is illegal to smoke in the streets in Nairobi, and one should smoke in designated smoking areas. Kindly note that we have a smoking zone on the 5th floor of our Hotel, which is open to all our guests. I hope you will visit us again, the next time you are in Nairobi.
