We are sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with us and hope you will accept our sincere apologies. We are known for our great accommodation and services, it came as a surprise and we would like to make things right. We have rooms with AC and we are currently installing AC to all other remaining rooms , Elevator and improving the road network to the facility. We value our customer opinions and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention.
