Staff at reception desk on arrival was accommodating but information on how to operate the heating system in the room was not given. The fridge in our room was not working throughout our stay.

Top Lage für Ausflüge, sehr ruhige Zimmer

Pros: Lage, ruhig, nähe Bahnhof, Personal
Cons: es ist kein Luxushotel, dafür stimmt der Preis (für mich hat's gepasst)
Location: nur ca. 5 min. vom Bahnhof und Alibus-Haltestelle entfernt. und nur 2 min. von einer super Pizzeria: "O Scugnizzo" (Tip von Reception erhalten)
Lage =>TOP (sehr nah am Bahnhof) Ruhige Zimmer => JA Gute Matratzen=>JA Kaffee am morgen =>sehr fein Personal =>sehr freundlich Preis / Leistung / Lage =>TOP (alles das war für mich wichtig=>erfüllt)

Le personnel à l’accueil est très sympa et disponible.Fréquentation de l'Hôtel et de ses alentours (quartier) laisse à désirer. petit déjeuner minimaliste.

HOTEL SYMPA BIEN SITUE

Nous sommes restés 1 semaine, hôtel un peu vieillot mais il est tout restauré peinture et tentures aux murs, c'est très propre plusieurs serviettes changées tous les jours et produits de toilettes, les réceptionnistes sont sympas, parlent français et donnent des renseignements sur NAPLES POMPEI etc, personnel gentil, petit déjeuner continental mais pas très copieux, il est a 5 mn de la gare (office du tourisme à l'intérieur) l'inconvénient le bruit malgré le double vitrage et une population très mélangée. NAPLES est magnifique mais très sale, il refont certains immeubles et églises, le NAPOLITAIN est très gentil et serviable, beaucoup de restaurants pas cher, pour le vol comme partout ailleurs, argent dans les poches de devant pas de bijoux pas de sac, c'est comme à PARIS mais c'est une ville qui vie au rythme de la chanson de la couleur et on y mange les meilleurs pizzas et pâtes.

Hôtel correct

Hôtel correct mais l'équipement de la chambre laisse à désirer. Juste à côté de la gare Napoli Centrale et à côté de l'arrêt des navettes pour l'aéroport qu'on rejoint en moins de 15 min.
