The hotel is located just outside Swansea and is a good base to visit the Gower Penninsula,The Mumbles and Vale of Neath.Staff are very good and helpful and the rooms are very clean.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Very impressed that they went to the trouble of doing an early breakfast for all the cyclists staying too. Much appreciated gesture.

Nice hotel and easily accessible.

Overall good experience. Room pleasant and clean. As there were 3 of us including teenager staying for a week space was a little limited as there was not much stowaway space for luggage or clothing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Would return again. Value for money.

Not the best night

Over all the hotel was good - though I had to ask if I could move room as there was a group of lads in the opposite room who where very noisy I was told they would keep a eye on them , only to be woken at 4am by someone banging on the door followed by some shouting and foul language. Next time i think I hall choose to stay in a B&B
