Nice hotel but far too noisy

The hotel room was clean and spacious, the amenities were good. Not too far from Time Square. On reading reviews we requested a room away from the nightclub but this didn't make a difference as on several occasions we were awoken by music and vibrations from the club going until 4am. We constantly rung down to reception, this in turn ruined our holiday because we were so tired. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

Fine, if a little spare

Stayed here for almost a week during Comic Con and while the room was clean and comfortable, there were some things that could be easily added to make it excellent - simply, a coffee maker and an iron. The positives: the wifi service was good and a lifesaver. Bed was large. Location was good. The negatives: no facility to make hot drinks, noise from within building was occasionally above the ignorable. Overall, fine for what we paid.

Great Hotel

Location is great, few minutes walk to Port Authority, to catch the Subway, friendly, helpful staff, rooms were spotless. Nice restaurant, and bar if you just want a cocktail. Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Sq, but within easy walking distance. Stayed a few times, and would always recommend.

a fantastic experience

the hotel itself is gorgeous with beautiful decor. the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the subway & a 10 minute walk to times square. the courtyard was very relaxing after a long day in the big city. i saw in other reviews people were giving out about the noise in the night club but didn't hear a sound. I strongly recommend this hotel looking forward to staying there again :)

excellent urban getaway

This was our honeymoon. We had a pleasant experience with a lovely room. The room was bigger than any other ny hotel we seen. The cleanliness was fantastic it was soooo clean and comfortable. The bar staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming and Eddie made a mean cocktail. Jose' was very professional and friendly and all others in the bar and cleaners were.lovely. the only negative with this hotel were the cold rude front of house/reception. The one who stood out in my mind was Erin Irish by name but not by nature I dreaded having to ask anything whenshe was on the desk.

Nice City Break

I have nothing really bad to say about my stay at The OUT, the hotel is lovely and the staff were attentive. Stayed in a deluxe double room. My only gripe was the 'mood' music playing outside my room, not having a kettle and no real wardrobe so we had to live out of our suitcases. But saying that, it is stil a nice place to stay and I would book again.

Fantastic for everyone!

All the staff were so helpful, personable and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and together they provided a 'safe base' to explore the city from, with such a warm 'homecoming' at the end of exhausting but fascinating days out! Not only that, all the staff we came in contact with seemed to genuinely enjoy being there too, which added to our enjoyment! Also, the local art work being exhibited was a delight! Creative and inspiring, added to the whole atmosphere, great idea and long may it continue!!

Hätte nie gedacht so was mal anmerken zu müssen. Das Personal konnte dazu auch leider keine Lösung bieten.
